Barnett is one of the highest taxing premiers WA has had, he has increased taxes/royalties on mining companies while slamming the mining tax and increased state debt from the $3b when labour left office to around $18b now and set to increase to well over $23b. he has a history of waste , building monuments to himself such as Elizabeth keys and the stadium while our hospitals are in crises. He throws Mud at the Gov over debt yet he has presided over one the largest increases in state debt ever seen in WA, massive increases in electricity prices, Gas and horrendous food price increases.
We also have the problem of ossie citizens going over seas to work or run businesses, paying taxes to foreign gov rather than their own nation and then using and bleeding our health system and other gov services when it suits them, legal but morally bankrupt and costing billions. These people then have the cheek to moan and and point fingers at what is going on in this country???
