All jokes and opinions aside, if you are unhappy with the current state of affairs regarding either Mungana's or KZL's responsibility to pay stamp duty tax on the transfer of the GRA in 2010 (which is and always has been impossible to offset against future CGT or other losses) or are unhappy with the assessment by the QOSR (given the excessive calculation of duty and lack of consideration to companies experiencing financial hardship), you should lodge a complaint with the QLD Ombudsman about the QOSR, so they will intervene and investigate.
