The dilution is only positive if it increases EPS. If this is not the case then dilution only provides cash in the bank.

The cash burn last quarter was $4.2M when you consider the $1M from the sale of HERA. If they use the $14M to arrest this cash burn - then it is money well spent and dilution is positive - However if the only thing that affects the cash burn is metal prices why do they need our $14M - existing shareholders are actually worse off
