Hi all,

In my above post I explained my reasoning towards a JV
rather than a T/O. Thought I would clarify a tad and
provide you with a little of my research on WHO I believe
is an interested party.

Call it speculation if you like, however, I believe I can
support my thoughts.

Lets start with what ROG have announced surrounding
PEL457, the Talma Pilot, the Kangaroo Creek Sandstones and
the proposed Summerland Way Power Project. In summary:

1. A 27MW gas fired power station for local supply;
2. Close proximity to existing northern NSW electricity
grid.

From company presentation 3/05/2011:

Hmmm, I said, why would ROG propose a project of this size
(although small) when lacking funds to support it? Clearly
they would need substantial backing.

Now the WHO, laugh if you like but my suspicions led me to
ERM Power (ASX:EPW). Why, because this is their business
and it's a perfect match for both ERM and ROG's needs.

Speaking of the perfect match, here's an extract from
ERM's web page titled "ERM Power's Generation Development
Project Pipeline":

"It is also pursuing the development of small scale power
projects of up to 30 MW capacity close to known and
emerging gas industry. Generally, these projects can be
simply ‘plugged’ into the National Electricity Market
without the need for any major associated infrastructure.
Three sites have been identified in northern New South
Wales and Queensland."

That's my hunch/stab in the dark in a nut shell.
