Why should a shareholder who holds only 1,000 shares in the company, thereby having limited risk, be entitled to purchase the same number of shares as a shareholder who holds 1,000,000 shares and therefore having significant risk especially considering that the offer at 10 cents per share is considerably discounted from the closing price prior to the shares going into suspension.

Just my opinion.

I did say I understood the logic, and a proportionate raising could have also worked, in any case it's all done and dusted. We all need to get over it and focus on the BUD listing!
