    I have a feeling that the registry staff meant that it could have been submitted to their Finance Department for payment/refund.

    This would then need to be loaded into their banking system and then go to Bank Signatories for approval.

    Hoping that the Bank Signatories are there working! This could explain the delay. Still hoping to receive it tomorrow though.
