CHM won the case, got two of the three remedies asked for and have gone back to seek third.

Have got the funding to run the legal process.

If you want information on anything else they have done read the reports. They have removed impediments on their other ground.

I am more worried now as a holder of CHM that the IO assets are not as good as MMX promoted so in the end will get an interest in something not that valuable.

Hoohoo whats your view on the fact that court said 24% of the cash came out of CHM to pay for assets ? Whats your view on the definition of what is "profit"
