It's all about your motivation
My first home that I purchased, I had a full time job and two casual jobs, also I did work from home.
But I was young and unbreakable at that time so worked all the hours in the week that I could to achieve my purpose
It also had the side effect that as I had no spare time I did not blow my money on wild living.
The thing is if you want to succeed there is no easy path, it is just what you put in is what you get out of it
