But we all knew that corrections would be coming so I did reduce my exposure a few months back, but you can't stop your life totally because you may get hit by a bus
House value drops are also on the cards
If we had the benefit of a good crystal ball we would "never" be caught short
Lots of people pretend they have one but they are mostly false prophets
investment and require the return to survive
