I agree it is sad but to be frank the share price has been down down down for so long, surely you dont hold a share downtrending for that long ? Yes you get the odd spike but thats only so a few smarter ones can off load :-)

My advice here once again is know your stock and the trend is you friend everytime :-) in FGE case its been a devil for a long time :-(

Learn the technical analysis and you will find you can make a living out of trading !
