Get100, it was good in the sense that the SPP can go ahead and they can attempt to re-capitalise the company.
In terms of your 12 million shares, consider the dilution of these shares (i.e. % you own in the company) if you don't participate in the SPP.
So, wether to invest again of course is up to you, however for me it would come down to wether I think they can create a profitable company with the changes they are making.
For the record, I BPayed my SPP funds last night.
