I wasnt going to sell , but when I finally saw some buyer depth and read that propectus in detail
Not sure how much you held, but any sale at market was potentially going to kill the sp, so imagine brokers would not have been able to place
But as you stress - it was my decision that suited my needs
Nasty loss - One to learn from
Should have read the initial IPO details before buying at 20 and 20.5
