Well sad to say it, but instead of averaging down I have in fact sold out today, for close to a 40% loss.

Nothing wrong with the company, just the stock's performance. Silver lining is I can claim a tax loss.

I just believe these escrow shares are doing far too much damage to the share price for me to bother waiting it out.

Rest assured, the price will probably jump back up 50%-100% in the second half of the year once the market realises how cheap this is, but my patience has gotten the better of me in the short term.
