Not closely. I've recently put it on my "to research" list.
I held a tiny number for many years, and sold a couple of years back, to focus more esp on resources.
It looks cheap, but so many NZ stocks do on PE and divi yields. Formica/USA building exposure, genereal building downturn? All needs more attention/time than I can afford atm.
Regardless I am inclined to think it will drift a bit lower, baring the old wake up call/suprise news. Both consumer and business sentiment very low in NZ, as of course is investor sentiment. There is no wall of investment money looking for a home in NZ, only a mountain of personal debt that needs retiring.
