Killa , that's why we as investors should let the CCU board know that we want more frequent information.

It does not hurt all concerned investors to write an email to the board .

Eventually if enough investors write to the board they may react , especially with the board members that are coming up for re-election at the next AGM. Do they want to continue earning an income for the questionable work that they are currently doing.

We as share holders have a right to demand a better performance especially since there appears at the moment that they have used the previous CEO as a scape goat , now the pressure is in the remaining board members and the new act CEO to improve their game, otherwise nothing has changed .

I will be writing to the board but they need to hear it from more than one investor.
