Yes but slowly every year now as china and india's populations get a little richer the people will buy a bit more wheat and rice and meat etc for their families to eat. Add 1.35 billion chinese and another 1.2 billion Indians eating a bit more and the food reserves of the world will soon deplete rapidly over coming years. Then add a few bad food crop seasons in the world and you have a BIG PROBLEM.
