Wheat futures look to have finally bottomed and have had a decent rally over the past few weeks, which is welcome news to Australian grain growers with harvest almost here. Looks like high protein wheat will attract large premiums with wet harvest issues overseas but with such a wet and cool growing season here dont think there will be much protein around domestically, which will see the spread widening more imo as millers chase supply. Did have some fallow and spead some urea on some stubble paddocks hopefully get a dry harvest and a bit of high protein wheat.
