Wide spread rain across the grainbelt of eastern australia. Have had 78mm here since last Friday (central nsw)
Got barley off which quality was good and yields about what we expected however graincorp manager was telling me screening were right up for a lot of samples that had been in earlier. They ended up opening up a f2 bin. Wheat was a day or 2 of going before it rained however samples taken had high screening and to my surprise protein was down. Thought with the tough finish protein would be up. Going to be lots of feed grains around and quality wheat/barley looking like its going to be in short supply.
