Though you can argue both ways.. plenty of companies have done well without directors owning major shares and plenty of companies have gone the opposite end with directors owning a lot of the company. Its just one of many indicators imo.

Agree... another indicator... strong indicator but directors can get it wrong too... stocks are always a gamble so it's good to look at it from a few different angles. Whatever works for you...then good for you.
