For all Freedom’s overselling highlighted at the Royal Commission, this has got a bit overblown. At the end of the day (literally), people get buried and have their funerals paid for. Or they get life insurance (which Freedom will no longer sell).
All of this is small time compared to having a life insurance, critical illness or permanent disability claim denied by a general insurer.
