This is my view, if anyone can legitimately contradict any points with facts (not virtue signaling) I’d appreciate it, I formed an opinion & so far it’s not going well & I’m torn between cutting but leaning to buying more. FIG can change there marketing approach improve quality of products & customers cut costs & have a smaller but better business model. They could return the TC to shareholders in dividends or fund an acquisition. The law doesn’t seem clear & some responsibility rests with the regulators so large fines aren’t expected. It’s unlikely in my view that many additional policies will be cancelled. Albeit more unlikely St Andrews deal hasn’t been ruled out. The media slamming should be mostly done. There are major holders very tied to positive outcomes. If business does close it should return more than current MC. The regulators understand there is a need for this type of business & that neither the product or pitch are pleasant. I’d welcome being told I’m wrong if it’s constructive.
