Look ultimately as I have banged on many times before valuing this stock on book value or NPV is too difficult when you cannot get your head properly around the constituent components. The only buy trigger is the directors buying- and I do not believe them buying on the market creates a bad look. For goodness sake this is a capitalist country is it not!
