Is there a legal system here that ASIC would use to stop the St Andrews deal? Normally such things have clear requirements which you have to meet, not wanting something to happen doesn’t come into it. It’s not like the bar seems too high from other license holders or FIG have been criminally charged. Not sure though because it doesn’t seem like there’s any rules.
