The SP hasn't been this low since 2009 & anyone eligible for the SPP will be sitting on big losses, especially those that have participated in previous raises.
The SP may rise, but I can understand why SH are (quite rightly) reluctant to hand out more $$.
IMO BDR are hardly in a position to be choosy about where the money comes from.
