even a 5c cap raising still have around 100m in debt

unlikely any takeover offer will come their way with 100m debt on the books, the smart money will wait for the deep discounted cap raising to help hammer the price then let the market do its thing and presto offer 4c for the lot

the mining boom is over and doesn't look like recovering

mgmt goin to learn the hard way of what happens when you knock back 52C offer and what happens when you put all your eggs into one bascket sector

one day closer to becoming a shell

they need a miracle !
