its a highly competitive capital intensive cyclical market
unless you can win contracts which these days are rarely handed out.

BOL need to get their balance sheet in order and clear
most of the debt to attract potential buyers and possibly consider opportunities as they arise.

changing some board positions with some new faces might be a very good idea especially with those experienced in turning companies around and getting them back on track,unfortunately that might mean more job losses in the short term until the business conditions becomes more favourable

any takeover at these levels will be most likely be at a low mutiples as earnings low

in respect of the future,my experience is that when a stock gets sold down hard as BOL its for a vrery good reason anad the market is telling you something,have seen very few recover
