i think there's more risk as business model focused on cranes.
capex ceased on dry hire boom sherrin and other small hire busineeses purchased years ago as couldn't compete with coates & kennards
they are now watching those cranes rust as construction market
in down turn and resources boom ends.
all they are left with is the debt to service and cut costs
where they can ie.by laying staff off.
its a wonder they havn't done a cap raising yet @ 5cents!
