Proven results lower the risk in this one. Prominant Hill, Olympic Dam, Gunson Resources etc.. etc..

AXT could be sitting on a nice deposit that im sure Xstrata might want, leading to a take over or buy out.

Gunson has proven a $1.3 billion dollar resource, AXT is just starting. Similar results would see AXT sail to the magical $1.00 mark down the track. That is 12mths away because they have to JORC it... but, I'd say Xstrata will take it from them before that.

Im sure Xstrata wont want to pay $1.00+ to take them over, so likely to buy them out or take over before JORC. AXT is multi bagger potential, I d put an Xstrata take over around 50-70c.
