If he is wrong then he’s lost a bucket load of credibility and hopefully also clientele. If he is correct then a his covering statement isn’t going to hold up if someone chooses to take him to task. Him having sensitive information isn’t necessarily an issue. Him writing a report about it sure is! Good luck to him...
