I must say I am shocked as well, but I am waiting to see the short sell list from yesterday.

I have no concerns re fundamentals it has 33c NTA and 67% gearing.

EVEN IF PROPERTIES SOLD AT 50% OF BOOK VALUE, WE STILL DOUBLE OUR MONEY.

There are games out there being played and we just have to take what is thrown at us.

I refer to Centro and valad specifically, equal to or substantially worse investments but share price is way way higher. Games were played there on both of them too, probably others could be thrown into the mix also.

We are not exactly having a correction in share price, its the markets having correction sending a negative sentiment through the stocks.

I have not seen any substantial holders selling yet and there is no news devaluing properties by 50% so IMO hold or buy what you can at this price.
