Ticked agaisnt resolution 1-12
I urge those normally complacement about voting to consider these resolutions seriously. Particulary resolution 6-12 issuing of options to directors. This would result in them taking control of 10% of the company - on the rationale that the directors need this payment for GWR to retain them.
You can be the judge on if their performance deserves this reward.
