    This systematic issue of stock at these prices shows KBL are in a very desperate state.
    The diluting is beyond belief, the 3b's are added on a daily basis.
    Whoever thought the KBLO were bargain buys are now just another cemented statistic .
    I would add last one out pls turn out the light.At least to save power costs
