ahhhh db - the quarterly report only reflects information for a particular quarter.. the quarterly report shows that the company issued 120m shares during the quarter, when this was not correct - the shares were issued a fortnight later.

wow - such an oversight, but watso is thinking that this misrepresentation, is worthy of a class action, by aggrieved schoolkids, who are investing their lunch money on this stock. hopefully gda have got good indemnity insurance
