    Pretty much a partial takeover for a song. Not sure how much ADE investors will see of further upside. Chances of a full takeover from a company other than Beach are now pretty much extinguished.

    Long term, if the Shale gas is a success we'll all ride the coat tails, but I think short term upside is limited for now.
