Hard to know who it is buying or selling (maybe some of th traders here have a summary of brokers?)

PPT could be continuing to sell down or Orbis could have changed their mind (would need to send in a ceasing to be substantial holder if they have done so)

My view is it will stay soft as Ocker says until whoever is selling finishes. The other change maybe be some info from the company, they don't usually do quarterly reporting, but in some (not all) previous quarters they have found an excuse to update the market in some fashion.
