"KEY totally fails in terms of Corporate Governance"
Fully agree Surandy70,
IMO, this is not the first time that KEY have failed in terms of Corporate Governance and clearly have no regard for their shareholders. Does anyone have any ideas on how we can get KEY to start adhering to their responsibilities. Whilst not surprised to see no announcement today, I fully agree it is an absolute disgrace.
I certainly hope Ted is giving someone an earful about their behaviour in representing the KEY management team. IMO, their credibility as a company has been reduced significantly with this latest debacle.
