Disgraceful. The market, those that knew of the results via Aminex, have clearly spoken that these results are price sensitive.

So where is the announcement?

If it wasn't going to be ready in time to release prior to the start of trade this morning, ie 8am WST, then where was the trading halt?

If anyone is to blame about the high expectations for the Kilwani North field then it rests squarely with KEY!

They have described the result as significant, larger than expected, etc. If THEY wanted to temper expectations then at any stage over the last 2 YEARS they could have given a clearer indication of just what THEIR expectations were.

They have at no stage given any indication of what size they expected the field to be and now that they hold the information about the field size they are STILL holding it back from shareholders.

KEY totally fails in terms of Corporate Governance.
