Newy I very much doubt you will be sent new form detailing allocation but best advice is DO NOT rely on responses here and ring the 1800 number attached to the offer.
FWIW "pleased" to see that the CEO who oversaw a 33% drop in SP since taking the rudder & was a senior manager whilst SP lost 77% since ATH in 2007 is getting a nice $10M ++ "farewell" gift. I wish my clients would reward me if I failed & had to replace me!!! Seems obscene to me & highlights the absurd nature and scale of modern exec salaries.
