all formations below efs, including pearsall is being sold in the efs deal, thats what cliff told me when i asked him at the agm in question time..

what is odd is that texon will be holding the formation from the bottom of the olmos to the top of the efs in the leighton field, and in all other acreages, like the mossman / rockingham, it will possibly be holding acreages from ground zero to the top of the efs.. if he deal is as we think it is..

imho the austin chalks would probably be sold in the leighton field as part of the efs deal.. its a bit odd holding a thin strata of a few hundred feet there.

whereas the southern acreages i think it may be just be anything above the efs will be left for further exploration, including the austin chalks and olmos and wilcox
