    What are ASIC,s obligations to adequately protect shareholders ?
    Have ASIC fully investigated PLV to ensure they have complied with all company laws and obligations and is this the responsibility of ASIC.
    It is very difficult to clearly understand how a company like PLV who had a share price at one point in excess of $2.00 to now be at the level it is shown .
