what about if its circumstantial evidence, like he sold millions of shares weeks before the stock collapsed, and he told people when the stock was 24c, that its a good buy, and the reason he isn't buying more himself is because he cant because an announcement is due for release soon.
That isn't absolute proof, its circumstantial proof, a lot of people have been charged with murder on circumstantial evidence that dosent prove it 100%, yet the jury finds them guilty and they go away for a long time.
