re: all cashed up That's a bit of an assumption there flatchat. I would be surprised if they are even half way to counting all the subscriptions up yet.
Still, as it was underwritten then I suppose they are free to announce the new full amount of the shares because that is what the new number is going to be, but I don't read into it anything about the underwriters or oversubscriptions etc. Too early for that call.
