Thanks to the person at 'Sharetrader' for pointing this out to me.

People with Energy metals shares 1 month after EM lists will be entitled to subscribe for 1 option for every 2 shares at a price of 1c, with ex price of 30c, expiry in 2008.

This is great for EM shareholders like me...but ALSO great for JRL which of course will also i expect be entitled to take up that option issue, giving them 5 million options at 1c each...

If SP spikes as I Expect it will, well above 30c imo, then that option will add another 1-2 million in assets to JRL.

HOW THE #$#@$# did i miss that!
