LOL unfortunately it is the sad and sorry state of journalism today in this Country.
It would appear there was no checking the relevant facts, anyone worth their weight in salt would have looked in depth at the stock and the fundamentals behind the fall and would have easily found the announcement of the .28 cents per share divvy and .10 cent capital return, plus the .12 cent a share tax franking credit.
To those who failed year three maths = .50 cents
However, I suppose if you are a highly paid Journo on the top marginal tax rate then the franking credit/s don't really mean too much.
Noellyn maybe a letter/email to the editor to set the record straight might see the ...penny...drop!
