Based on the updates, my understanding was that the resolution (what ever it may be) will go to vote at an EGM.
How is it then that they are announcing the listing of new shares - as a resolution to the ongoing vendor and bank issues - when no one has any information, let alone voted on it?!
how can they lodge a 3b??
