Its a tightly held company, and has been consolidating around these levels for a long time, buying pressure will be immense when an upwards move occurs. Another share I held for ages, and then had a good upward move (after which I sold out) on so-so news was GBP. If it goes sideways for ages everyone is just sitting and waiting. It's been ranging between 16-22c for a long time now. You can either trade the range and accumulate the difference, or just sit it out til the next major annoucement.
