the current project has a bona fide tax ruling which applies to 2006/07
if the promotor carries out everything according to teh ruling the investors get the tax deductions
ther ato doesnt guarantee the tax deductions uless the promotor does as they say they will do
if you guys are going to buy a stock you could do some basic research into it
