Hey all you UBN'ers, I found out something else about this company last week. Seems they won a "tender" conducted by City of Melbourne and City of Sydney to take over a software platform called "Smartblocks", apparently a web based portal to assist apartment blocks to conserve energy. However, the word I got was that this was a kind of reverse tender with the Councils providing a 6 figure incentive to the successful "tenderer" to help them enhance and market the platform. if this is indeed true, why has it not been reported to the market??????
