They have $8M? Or there abouts. The directors are not taking out. Interest is taking care of expenses.
Having too much money is a problem. Any project that comes along they will want more than the lion's share so no deal. There are deals out there. I have just helped get 2 deals into an unlisted company with no funds. The first one should return 20 times last traded price and the second one 3 times. Both with more upside. Both deals will list in their own right, so the unlisted shell remains as is, ready for more deals.
