Yeah I was lead to believe the same. The cash is becoming an issue when it comes to acquiring a project, a clean shell with minimal cash is easier. Peter put up his own cash and I respect that, but lets get moving.
Would be happy to get a cash distribution then retain shares in almost cashless shell, RTO a company in and see how it goes.
